For this project, we were told to make a piece of a cute animal with lethal or scary qualities. For mine, I took a dove and strapped a bomb to its back with an olive branch in its mouth. What I try to convey through this piece is the hypocrisy and two-faced nature of our current government. We continue to wage a fruitless war which in turn, drains our resources, raises our taxes, and ends the lives of good American soldiers. Yet, we continue to proclaim how peaceful we are. In our current state, perhaps only war can bring peace, but I stand in opposition to that.
